ABOUT US

ST Road Marking Services was established in the year 2021 with the vision to establish the business as a valuable partner in the civils/construction and petrochemical industry, especially in the filed of road making and other painting services. The business is owned by Miss Tracey Van Der Poel and Mr Shiraaz Van Niekerk who comes with all the experience that they have gained whilst working for companies such as Cape Lines and Signs (Civils/Construction), AMS Group and Danco Signs (both Petrochemical).Miss Van Der Poel comes with a wealth of experience as she has worked for many years in the tender department of Cape Lines and Signs. Mr Van Niekerk was employed as a Painter at Danco signs in his earlier years and later moved into a supervisor capacity and was involved with site inspections for RFQ. Mr Van Niekerk later on moved to AMS where he learned and became a qualified HSEQ Practioner as he know that HSE was a critical part of the daily operations that he was involved in.
Both Miss Van Der Poel and Mr Van Niekerk saw that there is opportunity for small business and decided to become business owners and also to create employment for people that reside in the same disadvantage community as them.
We are a newly established company by name but do tick all the relevant boxes to undertake any project because of access to our “mother body – Cape lines & Signs resources and skills. We are determined to grow by providing a good product and service. We are a level 1 BBBEE company with 100% black shareholding which 70% is Black female owned.
